Thorpe Park is a high-value business park in Leeds with numerous development opportunities and significant landscape and public realm. Sam’s work here, whilst at Ares Landscape Architects, included the feasibility stages of an adjacent masterplan while the main business park develops. Sam was involved in this project from the outset in developing the concept proposals, generating drawing packages, and detailing the scheme. 

Taking various plots through to construction, Sam took an active role in collaborating with main contractor, producing site reports, and dealing with issues that arose during the build.
