SB-LA worked with PWP Design to develop the technical details and Stage 4 package at the ambitious city centre mixed use Sky-House scheme in Sheffield.

The site was a complex hillside plot which included terraced houses with communal gardens and private terraces.

The project will bring new life into the Shalesmoor neighbourhood of Sheffield, extending the enormous success of Kelham Island over the last 10 years
